Runwal Alibaug Township Announced
Runwal Enterprises has secured nearly 200 acres of land in Alibaug to develop a large-scale township with an estimated project value of ₹20,000 crore. The township is planned as a self-sufficient community with a mix of residential, commercial, hospitality, and recreational spaces.

With a gross development value of around ₹20,000 Crore and a development potential of approximately 20 million sq ft, Runwal Alibaug is set to be one of the largest and most premium townships in the region. The 200-acre project will feature residential and commercial spaces, a five-star hotel, and a golf course. This large-scale development, planned over seven years, highlights Alibaug's growing appeal as a prime destination.
The township allocates nearly 80% of its total land area to open green spaces and native flora. The master plan includes solar-powered street lighting, organic waste converters, and advanced rainwater harvesting systems.
Location and Connectivity
Runwal Alibaug is located in Alibaug, Raigad district, Maharashtra, a scenic coastal town well connected to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Alibaug is about 100 km south of Mumbai via the Mumbai-Goa Highway (NH66). Regular ferry services connect Mumbai to Alibaug, with ferries operating from Gateway of India and Ferry Wharf to Mandwa and Rewas.
The upcoming Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) will improve access further. The Navi Mumbai International Airport is also close. These infrastructure projects will reduce travel time significantly.
