Runwal Realty brings Phase III of The Central Park to Chinchwad, Pune
Runwal Realty, the residential brand of Runwal Developers Limited, has introduced the third phase of Runwal The Central Park in Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad. The phase was launched in November 2025 and is registered with MahaRERA under number P52100032101. Phase III is part of a 26-acre integrated township that Runwal is developing in stages. The phase accounts for 152 sanctioned units on a plot of about 0.19 acres, adding a vertical component to a larger community planned with 12 towers, more than 1,300 homes and over 5 acres of open space. For buyers, the launch is a chance to enter an established township at an early stage of construction.
