Chembur Campus: First Phase
The Chembur campus will be developed in a green setting and will feature a built-up structure of ground-plus-seven floors. A key highlight is a playground spanning more than 12,000 sq. ft., offering children ample space for sports, recreation and holistic development. The institution is expected to serve students from Chembur and neighbouring areas, complementing the rapid residential and infrastructure growth taking place across the eastern corridor of Mumbai.
Infrastructure Demand in Eastern Suburbs
The project seeks to strengthen educational infrastructure in the eastern suburbs while catering to the growing demand for quality schools in emerging residential hubs. Chembur, in Mumbai's eastern outskirts, has seen rapid growth in the last five years and has become an exciting market for developers due to various innovations such as malls, world-class hospitals, and golf courses. Mulund, known for its greenery, schools, and social infrastructure, has become a favourite among families and first-time buyers.
Broader Strategy of Integrated Development
The proposed schools in Mulund and Thane are also intended to form part of a broader network aimed at expanding access to quality education within integrated urban developments.
