Runwal Enterprises Completes Runwal City Centre Vision with Meadows Launch

Runwal Enterprises announced the launch of Runwal Meadows on April 17, 2026, marking the final residential phase of the 36-acre Runwal City Centre township in Kanjurmarg. The development consolidates a decade-long vision to create a mixed-use urban community in Mumbai's central suburbs, bringing together residential towers, retail, office space, healthcare, and landscaped open areas under a single master plan.

Scale and Configuration

The project is spread across approximately 8 acres and will feature multiple high-rise residential towers, many of them overlooking a 5-acre Central Park within the township. Runwal Meadows will offer spaciously designed 2, 3 and 4 BHK luxury residences with private decks and higher floors offering views of Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Vihar Lake and surrounding mangroves.
